  • ATTENTION USA CUSTOMERS: USPS have temporarily suspended deliveries to Australia as of October 1st 2021.

    USA customers can still send shipments to Transponder Services Australia via courier such as UPS, DHL, FedEx etc.
    In some cases I can arrange shipping on Transponder Services DHL account starting at around $48USD. Please contact me for details.
  • In the unlikely event a transponder is not repairable there is no charge for the attempted repair.
  • Non-repairable transponders are disposed of in eWaste unless you specifically ask for return.
  • Please do NOT use a shipping service that requires signature upon delivery as this can cause delivery malfunction. Majority of shipping methods have online tracking which provides sufficent security.
  • IMPORTANT: ALL shipments from outside Australia MUST be valued at less than a total of $100AUD, $100USD, €50, £50 to avoid import duty
